Engagement Metrics

Overview

Use Reports to gauge Contact engagement and make Campaign improvements. 

Click Reports on the left navigation panel to review metrics.


Main Menu: 

Reports are available for three features from the main tabs at the top of the screen: 

  • Messages
  • Contacts
  • Keywords

Reports can be filtered by exact Date ranges and also Grouped by Day, Week, Month, or Year. 

Message Report

Use the Activity Report drop-down menu to refine Message metrics. The report can also be customized by date range. 

Message metrics options include Show Delivery Details, Export Report, and Filter results.

Contact Report

Use the Activity Report drop-down menu to refine Contact metrics. The report can also be customized by date range.

This report can also be Exported

Keyword Report

The Keyword report illustrates the number of times a Keyword was submitted via short code. The report can also be customized by date range.

Additional Keyword metrics include Show Unique Contacts and Export Report
