Getting Started Kit

Complete the following steps to start using Kerauno Launch right away.

Step 1: Create a Keyword & Build a Campaign

Keywords are crucial to a successful Campaign.  Work with your Kerauno account representative to purchase Keywords that encourage Contact signups.  Next, incorporate those Keywords into targeted Campaigns related to a specific event, program, or initiative. 

Note: Be sure to read about SMS Compliance & Regulations prior to developing Campaigns and sending messages. 

Step 2: Create Groups to automatically categorize new Contacts

Utilize the Groups feature to automatically assign new Contacts based on Keyword signup. 

Step 3: Develop Campaigns & Messages for each Group.

Develop powerful Campaigns by incorporating Groups in Messaging efforts.

Step 4: Build an Audience

Assign Contacts already collected to existing Groups or Campaigns. Utilize  Keywords or additional Tools such as QR Codes or Widgets to collect more Contacts. 

Step 5: Audience Engagement

Send or Schedule Messages on the fly or start a 1 to 1 Conversation to engage with individual Contacts. You can also respond to received messages from your Inbox

Step 6: Advertise your Keywords

Develop a marketing initiative to advertise your Keywords via print, email, video, Widget, or other communications. Visit the Tools section for additional messaging aids. 

Step 7: Track your engagement and growth!

Determine Campaign effectiveness and engagement rate through the Reports tab.
